Q: What are the criteria to buy/sell test strips?
A: Test strips must be in their original box, factory sealed, in good condition, expiration date must be 3 months or more away, DO NOT remove any labels or stickers from the box, no Medicaid or Medicare-supplied strips please. WE DO NOT ACCEPT STOLEN/ILL-GOTTEN GOODS.

Q: Is it legal to sell my diabetic test strips?
A: It is absolutely okay with the law for you to sell your diabetic test strips as long as they were not supplied by the government via Medicaid or Medicare, they have strict rules about that. All other brands are fine to sell, most people do not realize this and let their strips go to waste!

Q: Does TestStripsWanted.com guarantee the quoted value of my test strips?
A: As long as the test strips are not expired (at least 90 days till expiration), all seals are intact, and the box is in good condition, you will receive the quoted cash value. However we do inspect every box and values may be adjusted if we receive your test strips in poor condition or near expiration.

Q: My box has a prescription label on it, should I peel it off?
A: No, please do not remove the label. If the boxes have stickers you can mark out personal information with a felt tip marker. We will remove the stickers with a solution that preserves the box.

Q: Do you want my Test Meters and Lancets?
A: Not meters. We pay $1 for unopened boxes of the following lancets: OneTouch UltraSoft 100ct, Accu-Chek Softclix 100ct, Accu-Chek Multiclix 102ct, Ascensia Microlet 100ct, and Freestyle 100ct. (other major brands also accepted) We do not buy any private label lancets.

Q: Can I trade in more than one type of test strips?
A: There is no limit to the number of test strips you can sell.

Q: What do you do with the test strips?
A: We work in part with larger companies that supply diabetics in need with lower cost diabetic supplies. Very often these people are low-income or do not have insurance to help them. The test strips you sell will be going to help a person in need of them.

Q: I do not live in the Phoenix area, do you accept test strips by mail?
A: We do not have a mail-in program set up yet, but if you want to mail us your test strips we would be happy to work with you and mail you a check/money order or even pay you via Paypal if you wish. We would even reimburse you for shipping costs! Look for our mail-in program coming soon!
